Light ?
Putting a 68 back together. Changing all turn signals to led. 1st ? B-4 i start to troubleshoot front turn signals. Does bed with rear lights need to be installed b-4 front will work, or r they separate? Tks.

L E D s are not dependent on heat resistance to flash as long as the correct flasher is used , and the polarity is maintained, and you are correct in that the front's are separate from the rears as far as the wiring. They are connected by the TS switch LF/LR RF/RR so the fronts or the rears should not have to be installed for the others to work. Unless the flasher unit demands it. The lights should illuminate anyway with correct wiring and good grounds.
