P3500 Dually rear drum brakes

I need help. My 81 GMC P3500 was built with a drive shaft emergency brake. I would like to install the emergency brake on the rear end. Finding backing plates with holes for emergency brake cables has been fruitless. I have heard that C30 backing plates should fit. Wondering if anyone would know for sure?

Dana 70 and 14 bolt more than often take the same brakes. So it would depend on which rear you have
