Suburban Value

So I usually hang out on the 67-72 pickup forum and never really put much thought into the same year suburbans. I was sent a few pictures of a suburban from someone who knows i'm into old chevy's and said they guy wants 4k for it. I think its a 3 door half ton. I have no more info than the pictures that I am sharing, but lets just assume its rust free...I live in the desert - Obviously would have to look at it to confirm.

Now that I've been thinking about it, A suburban might be more practical than a single cab truck for multiple reasons so it has my curiosity.

I looked through the first 5 pages and didn't see one but do you guys have a running craigslist thread. This might help me get an idea.

Anyways just wanted to throw this out there before I go and look at it.

Re: Suburban Value

And is that a (rare) Dodge Town panel in the background?

Pickups are fine when you are single or dating. Once you have a family a Suburban is the only way to go.

Oh, one of Canadian friends will be along and tell everyone that Suburbans are worth no more than scrap. I disagree.

That Suburban looks solid. You should investigate further.

Re: Suburban Value

Thanks for the link, that's exactly what I was looking for.

I currently have two pick-ups right now so if the deal is right it might make sense to go 1 pick-up and 1 burb.

Just looking at the thread, those k20 suburbans are sweeeeet.
