Bed Assembly Order - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Putting my bed on now. 65 Fleetside. What is the order of assembly? Bolt and washer through wood and crossmember, then rubber, then metal plate, then frame and lock washer and bolt?

And which way does the plate go? Curved side up or down?

Photos would be good.
