i think that the factory rake is just perfect on these trucks but i want the overall thing a little lower to the ground. I plan on lowering mine with springs all around.

'66 short Fleetside with a 5"/6" drop. Truck is blown apart for body work now, replacing the chrome ralleys with 15x7 steelies and narrow white walls.

to me, it doesn't get much better than that!

what size tires are you running in those pics? and what size will you be running with the steelies/narrow whites? i had thought about a similar look but decided to keep mine looking stock...still planning for a lowered build in the future tho

I think a fleetside looks good with a very slight rake or none at all.
But I think a stepside definitely needs rake.
