A lot of cool little doo dads on that truck. Id say its a builder! Have you found out where it was built yet? With all the cool options, it must have been a pretty special truck to the first owner.

the vin tag has a "J" so it is a Janesville Wisconsin truck... most of the trucks sold on this side of the continental divide were from there., but no build sheet or dealer plaques to show where it was sold originally. it was last titled in 1989 in Hamilton though.
