Oh go ahead. You'll look good up in that. Besides, it looks way better than the 2020.

Better do it soon, before the big trucks adopt the 1/2 ton body...

A couple of us (I think it was three, or maybe four) came back from the EM club one time when I was at Nuclear Power School and decided to mess with the guy who was on watch, and rolled up the stairs to the second floor. Good times!

Looks like a cool tailgate. I imagine it wont hold up on a truck that gets worked real hard.

I'm sad for you already Eric (and sad that it's not headed my way) - I remember when this one came up for sale some time ago, very nice truck. Gotta be hard to part with.

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

Yea, it’s a little hard
But
I’m trying to scale down and simplify
Also restoring some Supers to factory standards
This board has been good to me
It’s another one of those oddball trucks
That I hope someone on here would appreciate
If no one grabs it, maybe I’ll put it on Craigslist
And then you can paste it for me on the cL thread

I’ve been waiting the last few years
For these newly designed Chevy’s
I can’t get used to the 2019-1500’s
Plus I wanted a 3/4 ton

When I went and saw the 2020- 2500’s at the auto show
They were just to BIG, and the grills are MASSIVE
So I started the hunt for a 2019
I kept test driving diesel crew cab LTZ’s and High Country’s
They had every bell and whistle, leather
Kinda like the Cheyenne and Cheyenne super
In the search I found this LT
It’s kinda like a Custom deluxe
Not, every bell and whistle and cloth interior
Also it was a double cab, which I really liked
Because it is not so long
Double cabs don’t come with a diesel in 2019
So, It is gas, and I struggled with that
I test drove it 2 times back to back against the
Diesel crew cab LTZ
Parked them right next to each other
At Almost 20 grand less
And, I liked the feel of it better
I said the heck with it.
Work up the paperwork, I’ll be back tomorrow to pick it up
On the way home, I called the sales lady
Told her to make sure and have the guys carefully
Remove the (spid) window sticker
So I can save it
When I went and picked it up,
One of the papers to sign was to release that (spid)
Otherwise, they just destroy them

Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

The SPID in the glove box is not a sexy as they were on our trucks. I think I still have the window sticker for my truck in the glove box.
