Original Dealer Display Chevy Truck Model Display Boards
Ran across a couple of original Chevrolet Truck Model Display Boards at a garage sale today. I couldn't pay what he was asking, but figured I'd show the pics I grabbed. They were approximately 5' x 4'. Anybody seen these before?

Those are awesome. Yes, I have one from '71 with all the camper models offered. How much were they asking? I'll be honest, I paid $100 for mine. I would have bought more but one was bad enough on my wallet at that time (still)

I would have gone $100 / each for sure. He wanted $1000/pair. I sure cant justify that. Awesome boards though. They were in great condition.

Re: Original Dealer Display Chevy Truck Model Display Boards
I was told about the vendor at Carlisle with all the '71 Truck variety. The guy who told me, Jason/Jerry Brown's 1st mate, had already took one and this was set-up day. I never go with much money, just change cash to get started and a little so I can eat in case nothing sells (never happened). That's just how I do it so I can only buy with cash I made. It killed me to leave the rest there, but at the time ('09) that was what you would expect to pay. WOW! 500 SMACKAROOS??? I'm surely out of that game. I've gone from being the crazy guy who would go anywhere and pay anything just because "there one is" to WTF are people thinking? It's cool and all that, but also just a piece of dang cardboard. Who'd have thought trucks would become a rich man's pleasure?
