Story sounds alot like mine, been watching this one for at least a year, finally caught the owner at a weak moment

The guy had been getting hounded by quite a few people for awhile to sell it. Happen to be at the right place, at the right time. I have a nice '62 Bel Air but been REALLY distracted by C10's lately.

Here's my girl shes not much to look at but has only left me stranded maybe once and I've had her since i was about 13-14 haven't done much but she gets me where I need to go sbc350, granny gear 4 on the floor, air suspension all the way around with a 4 link and notch

Ya, I was very fortunate as well. I knew 2 owners back, and got the number who had it, and was able to buy it. I had a 1966 Hipo Mustang Fastback I sold to get my 66 C10. Very distracted by the C10's as well, they are a very cool truck for sure, and love my new 66 C10! She is a rare shorty for sure with all the options!

the hood emblems are off a 58 impala fender, and the center emblem is a 59 348 hood emblem.

Actually just got the truck home. Very happy with it! Wife loves it too

Very solid (including the frame), just a bit of rot under cab. Wife drove it, said it drives great, she drove it home from where the transporter delivered it (about 5 miles). I have not yet driven it, I wanted to wait to drive it when I had more time. At this point it will take some adjustment have something like this, I am used to having shiney stuff

This will be a fun truck, I can tell you that!

Backs up the 80k original miles claim.

This truck is cool! Quite the fetching state of paint wear going here. Lots of "patina" trucks could benefit from a general clean up and detail, but I'm thinking this one might be best left alone. It's looks so right as-is, dock bumper included!
