1993 chevy c1500 seat issue

Hey guys I have a '93 chevy ,I pulled out the 60/40 seats and tried to put in seats out of a 454ss but they seem to be too far to the outside while using the factory mounting.
As you can see the seat doesn't line up with the steering wheel and there is a major gap between the seats nad console, thanks.

I find it hard to believe GM built the two cabs different,I can't see where the bucket seat holes would be underneath.

I wouldnt worry about it. Set the seats where you want them and drill new holes and bolt them in.
If you can get access to a truck with factory buckets, then measure them. Im betting they have different mount points.

Thanks man,I looked underneath and it looks like the holes needed will hit the frame,I need to crawl under a 454ss.

You should be able to look under any truck with buckets.
Those seats look like mine minus the power controls.
