Help on shifter I.D.
I have seen 2 different trucks in the last two days, one a c20 , and one a c30 both with factory 4 speeds. Both of the transmissions had shifters with 2 bends similar to the 73-87 style. Were only the 4x4 trucks single bend ?? Was it a year model difference ? I was wrong I suppose in Thinking they all 67-72 were single bend I guess. I’m wanting to put the correct shifter in my truck (72 4x4) it was originally 3ott and I done a swap but have a square body shifter. So can I only source one from 4x4 trucks ? The correct info will help with my searching here locally.... Thanks
