Re: Squish my truck please.
I read that tutorial and it seems like it makes it harder than it needs to be. Load the pic, select the wheels (one at a time) and copy and paste them to make two layers plus the original background. CTRL "T" to transform background, shrink it to the left or right (i go about 2/3rds to 1/2. Longhair goes more i think). the its just a matter of placing the wheels and touching up with the eraser and i use the smudge tool. Crop it down and your done

Re: Squish my truck please.
I didn't mess with top/bottom because it changes the proportion
I shrink them different depending upon the angle. A dead-straight side shot gets 50%, but with more angle on the truck, I go as little as 70%. I prefer them with cleaner backgrounds because there is less "stuff" that is effected by the squish.....like this one with the blue step side. I usually fiddle around with the background to clean it up some.

Yeah yeah it isn't a truck...I did this one of my buddy's car awhile ago and came across it recently so I figured I would post it up.
This picture was taken at a board meet though =)

I almost makes it look like a Smart. I have done quite a few that weren't trucks, some look good like that, others....not so much.

I have my own way of the squishing not mentioned on that other site
unfortunately it only works on certain vehicles and views... others it totally butchers it
