72 Burb commercial, shot in my back yard!

I have never seen this spot before and recognized the location immediately.

This was shot at 'The Vista House' overlook in Corbett Oregon. I live about 1 mile down river from the Vista House (*I have a pretty nice view also! LOL). The ad also sounds like it was done by Casey Kasem.

That is cool. I have never seen the big car hidden gate before. Learn something everyday.
Thanks for posting

Thanks for posting[/QUO

The full-size wagons not only had the hidden tailgate, but the rear window disappeared up into the roof.

This is the Oldsmobile version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBdT-tg6B6k

Re: 72 Burb commercial, shot in my back yard!

Oh man I want one now! My only memory of station wagons from a kid was riding in the back of one that had two little bench seats that folded down flush with the floor and faced each other. It belonged to some friends of the family and I only got to ride in it a couple of times. Still remember it as cool.
