Fitting Identification

Can anyone tell me what fittings are used on the L31 Vortec engines? I have read -8N, -6N and a few other opinions. The engine is a swap into an older truck so In need to make up fuel lines from the engine back.

Here is a picture of what I have so the question is, what do I need to continue back from here?

Thanks

Re: Fitting Identification

The larger fitting will mate to an 8N and is the line from the fuel tank/pump...

The smaller fitting will mate to a 6N and is the return line back to the tank...

There are lots of kits available on places like eBay etc...

Have fun...
