Will this patch panel work??

hey guys, i have rust in this area here...
[IMG][/IMG]
its the area between the wheel arch and the third door. will a fender area work here? im talking about the corner that meets the door to the beginning of the wheel arch. they look the same, but not sure if they contour the same down at the bottom. i have a fender thats pretty much scrap but is good in this area. and also, will the wheel arch from the fender work to fix this?

the repair panel didnt have the edge imprint on it. so i was wondering if i could out the fender arch and weld it in here, just the little piece, not the whole arch

You could create the arch with a small dolly but would be very difficult while on the vehicle. Should have been done before welding it on.

The Blazer patch for that area works on the Burbs and Panels.

Re: Will this patch panel work??

alright, I might have to buy that if I can't get the fender part to work. im probably going to try to cut it out to measure anyways to see. you think the wheel arc from the fender would work? I may have to try a dolly if this fender is a no go. im trying to find a use for this fender but if nothing then its no big deal

It might just work. I'd try it. Let us know how it goes.
