Tie Rod Ends - Do I need to redo them?

I installed new tie rod ends in my truck last night and also did new drag link ends as well as they were worn. I got it all back together fine but when I was tightening the studs on the tie rods I didn't really think about how much torque they needed, I got the wrench and got them as tight as I could. When I got done I thought about the torque setting and went to check - internet says 45 lbs. I did a lot more than that.

Should I be concerned? Feel like I may have created a dangerous situation if I compromised the strength of the studs. Thoughts on this? Should I back them off and re-torque to 45 lbs or just toss them and buy new ones?
