1967 K1500 16x6 6lug steel wheels OEM
I have a set of 4 original 1967 K1500 6 lug 16x 6 steel wheels. I just tried to have the tire shop mount some 225 75r16 on them and the refused to do that. Im thinking there really only good if your going to stick with tall skinny's 650x16s anyway are thy worth anything?

They are worth something. If you have the room I would keep them with that nice shorty of yours. Don't have to use them, but I suggest hanging on to them.

I would suggest you look at a different tire size and keep the original wheels. A 225/75/16 is a pretty short tire. What's the look your after?

going back to bone stock original. I took them down to have them sandblasted and powder coated.ordered a set of bias bly traction tires today 650 x 16 . kind of like the old town and country tire that firestone made.
