Aftermarket deluxe steering wheels available?

I really like the style of the 65 deluxe steering wheel but not the large size.
I know they repro impala wheels for example in 15", anyone know if someone repros a 65 deluxe wheel in that size?

Any info is appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

Not being reproduced, and I doubt it ever will be. But the good news is the 59-60 BelAir used the same wheel, and a lot more of them were produced than 61-65 Truck optional wheels.

Re: Aftermarket deluxe steering wheels available?

Unfortunately, not at this time. I did talk with a guy at the Grand National Roadster Show who started remaking an earlier generation Biscayne steering wheel. This is what I did to my spare Pontiac steering wheel that I had reduced the diameter many years ago and a ratty deluxe steering wheel that used the hub and spokes from:

Vin63,

Thanks for sharing your project. Which epoxy did you use, and how has it held up in use?

Re: Aftermarket deluxe steering wheels available?

Thanks! I use PC7 two-part epoxy for steering wheel repairs. It sets up nice, adheres to steel exceptionally well, and takes well to a lot of contouring and sanding. I've repaired a lot of my steering wheels over the years and the areas of PC7 epoxy have not cracked on me.
