No, you have to remove the bumper. THe same bolts that mount the bumper mount the guards... They are off now. $50+ shipping.

really? i just removed mine a few weeks ago without removing the bumper...i must have some "special" tools

***UPDATE*** DO to the fact that I may be moving soon, the truck shell will be going to the scrapper Monday. I still have the front bench and second row factory vinyl cover seats, (second row seat are very nice) front fenders, inner fenders and radiator support, windshield with one small rock chip, factory tinted rear side glass, interior headliner/ pillar trim, front and rear AC evaporator box and fan and almost perfect rear doors, sport rear bumper and brackets, license tag mount
