78 lower control arm ?

I have a 78 half ton and bent them where the bushing goes ,{lowered }.Am trying to find some locally but lots of 4x4,s here . Will Van a- arms fit or will one ton chev trucks fit ? Can,t really cross reference them as they don,t make them.

Re: 78 lower control arm ?

Thought about it after and I would think a 1 ton a-arm would have bigger ball joint, just a thought

Correct. 3/4 & 1-ton lower a-arms have larger OD ball joints & won't directly interchange w/a 1/2 ton.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
