Anybody use aftermarket door shells?

I need a pair of doors for my 1969 blazer and would rather not cut up a pair of truck doors I have for another project. Any body had any luck with the aftermarket shells?
Thanks
David

I've got 1 goodmark blazer door. I think they are a little thin compared to the originals. I wish I had gone with original truck doors and cut them down.

Re: Anybody use aftermarket door shells?

For the cost I would find a decent set of originals. I've bought the aftermarket doors and it required work to get them to fit. They work but there's no replacement for the originals.

Re: Anybody use aftermarket door shells?

The ones I bought I couldn't even close. There is a design flaw that limited the adjustability in the hinge area.

I re-skinned mine with skins I bought from Wes at Classic Heartbeat. Its another option if your shells are able to be saved. Good quality, minor issues fitting.
