Throttle body engine back to a carburetor?

I have a 1990 tbi engine that runs great which I would like to use in my '72 c-10. Unless I'm wrong, I think I need an aftermarket intake to go from tbi back to a carb set up, no?

Don't the intake bolt on the tbi point straight down on either side of the throttle body as opposed to the older 350 intakes which were at an angle on either side of the carb?

Thank you for any help.
