Trans. flywheel cover question...

Hey everyone, I haven't been here in a long while, but now have a reason to be. I just last month got my Grand Dad's 69 Camper Special/20 given to me by my Father. Grand Dad bought it new and my Father bought it from him in the mid 80s. It needs a restoration but is pretty solid with original driveline. That is where my question comes in.
My Dad parked it in his garage for the last 8 years and the starter was weak back then. I got a new starter put in it yesterday, and I had already known the fly wheel cover was missing. (Who knows when it vanished over the decades.) I had ordered what was listed as a Turbo 350/400 cover and it is metal. I went to install it and no good. Won't line up, it is as if the flywheel/torque converter or starter is too big. The truck is the 350 with factory manifolds and a stock Turbo 400. The starter is a normal one from NAPA like a million GM ones I have seen before.Am I missing something and need a different one that is deeper and has a bigger hole for the starter?

Sorry if so long, but I want to get this truck right as I remember it as a little kid and want it right.
Thanks, Bret

Re: Trans. flywheel cover question...

They make them in two sizes.
You need the bigger one.
Look for one for a turbo 400 only.

Try here.
