Seat Advice.

I am thinking about putting some newer model bucket seats in my Burb. And a second row to match...

My local auto recycler guy owes me a little favor and it just so happens that he has a set of 99 Chevrolet Suburban Bucket Seats with the console. Powered seats, lumbar, light grey cloth, in brand new condition. The second row seat is a match and in really nice condition.

He said he paid $400.00 for the front seats. And will sell me the whole set for $500.00.

Just want to know if this is a good deal or not.. I saw a set his son put in a K5 and they look nice.

After I put these in, I would be selling my recently recovered stock seats.

Any Advice?

Thanks
Jeff

Re: Seat Advice.

Sounds like a real good deal if you buy the back seat also. I'm getting a similiar set of buckets tomorrow for $400 also.

YEP,
Front powered buckets with lumbar adjustments, and second row 60/40. all in like new condition.

Here is a pic of my interior. so when they go on the block, you can see what they look like.

After looking around, I think I got a good deal on the new seats. Thanks for any input.

Re: Seat Advice.

have you posted this yet in classifieds? I could not find it. Great price on seats, they vary from 150 a bench to 400 per bench depending on the seller. I need a. 01-06 tan leather front to go with my 3rd row. Not sure, I may leave the middle open for the kids to play in Fun tunes big daddy

Re: Seat Advice.

I bought my 99 suburban seats locally.

But when I get them to my house, I will be selling my existing seats.... But that will be a week or so.....

Re: Seat Advice.

WELL,

I got my new seats and want to install them. I did a search to find some pointers, but to no avail, I found nothing.

If someone has a link to help, or can give me some instruction (pics too), I would appreciate it.

ALSO>>>I will selling my seats when these get in. So Look for them to be in the classifieds soon.

Thanks
Jeff
