4x4 specific rad?

In a jam with a blown stock rad, and have a collection of good rads from other random half tons, but none with the 45degree lower rad nipple. Quickly realizing that is the slight difference. Anyone run into this, or have a solution?
Not trying to be cheap or disrespect my truck by jamming in something that "shold hold together for now", but up here in Canada ordering a new rad has to be shipped from afar and major $$.
Alternative rads? different lower rad hoses?

Thanx

Re: 4x4 specific rad?

I am running the same radiator in my 4x4 that I ran in my 2wd? The bottom one angles up but I would say its more of a 20 degree angle? I dont see why you cant just run a different hose?

The quickest solution is to get your old rad recored at a rad shop.

Re: 4x4 specific rad?

Your could take the blown radiator and a known good one of the same dimensions (without the correct lower nipple) to a radiator shop and have them switched, They are just soldered on.
Or if your familiar with acid core solder and a propane torch, switch them your self

Re: 4x4 specific rad?

My radiator has straight lower and I haven't had any problems with it.
