dominator wont idle

i am running 1050cfm 3 circuit dominator i cant get it to idle if i rev it up to 2000 rpm it will stay their but when i try to lower the idle to 1000 rpm it just dies

Give us some more info, such as engine size, cam type, compression, intake type,etc. and we'll try to give you some ideas.
For what it's worth, 3-circuit dominators are a pain to try to work with on the street. Their street manners are poor, at best. With some work, they can be made somewhat acceptable. A 2-circuit dominator would be a better choice for a street-driven application, in my humble opinion.

515bbc 13to1 comp 306s 610 lift at 306 duration 110 lobe center dart intake i think it is leaking vacuum at the merting block i just noicte that one side is tight and the other side as a hair line crack

A vacuum leak will definitely cause the problem that you're having. If you check this out and it doesn't fix your problem, let us know.
