Can anyone tell me what this is and if it is any good--All I know is it's a Dana

Yes, Dana 20 and they came from the factory in a lot of Blazers and Jimmys also.

I confirmed it is a Dana 20. One site says they are Great. Another one said they need an upgrade to the output shaft from 10 spline to 27 to be any good.

Any transfer case is great, until it breaks... then upgrade to something tougher. Same with axles...
