Intake with updraft carb??????

So I found this in an old garage with a bunch of old model A parts. I dont think its for a model A. Anyone know what its for???

Can you zoom in on that symbol that looks like a Chevy bowtie? If the manifold really is a Chevy, it would have to be older than 1937, because it doesn't look like it would fit a 216.

Yea the symbol sure looks like a bowtie to me too. I pulled some #'s off of it. One above the symbol is 836342 and below it 22. It has the Firing order on the exaust manifold is 153642. Makes me wonder if its not off an old tractor or something....

I'm sorry, but I really can't be of any help on body parts that old. The oldest Chevy I have ever worked on was a 37, and I would say your parts are definitely older than that. You might want to try posting that pic on a passenger car forum.

The sheet metal picture looks like '28-'29 Ford stuff. Fenders and bumper are that for sure. Wheels look like Ford but around '33 or '34. Can't tell on the hood.
