Dana 44 Hub/Spindle

I have a bad Dana 44 hub, I also have a good 10 bolt hub and spindle. Can I swap the hub and spindle out without changing anything else?

Re: Dana 44 Hub/Spindle

I have done that in the past, swapped the hub spindle & bearings all as a unit, and it worked for me. You just have to know which is which if you ever have to replace bearings, they're different sizes.

Re: Dana 44 Hub/Spindle

Depends on the year and how it seals on the back of the spindle in relation to the stub shaft, but yes 'bout 90% of the time
