Re: Let the guessing game begin (going to the track this weekend)

Dang it!!! I was just a little off on my estimate, but...if you had been able to run out the back without running out of gear, I would have been good for et, just a little off on the 60' times. Put some slicks with rim screws, looser, converter, and have enough gear out the back, and I say 10.30's on motor when everything is figures out!! Great job, I don't think I am going to give you as much as you asked for earlier on the match race though. lol Paul

Very Nice!!! Mid 9 on the bottle still got more in it.. Congrats.. Guess the little LS motor is running well.. Tires are cheap to play with gearing.. I recall a few of us swapping tires on a regular basis until we all got our set ups right LOL..

What is the convertor hitting at on the brake??

Re: Let the guessing game begin (going to the track this weekend)

If I move the 2-step out of the way, the converter will go to 5k on the brake at WOT. When using the 2-step it only goes to 4,600.

I am pretty sure it has a 9 second pass once gearing is figured out. But how deep of a 9 is the questions

Well once you get that one piece glass front end it should help quite a bit. I'm not going one piece but separate pieces because I drive on the street.
