Boxing Frame

Has anyone boxed the frame in their truck ? and was there any noticable difference in the handling ? , I'd just like to know if it is really worth doing as I will be starting on the frame soon

Thanks in advance

We box the frame on drag race trucks, on a street truck you need the frame to flex a little to compensate for uneven roads, driveways etc.
