Door Handle(s) orientation
Looking at the inner door panel, what is the correct (factory), orientation of the installed door handle and window crank? (Window up, door shut). Thank you.

Re: Door Handle(s) orientation
If the knob on the window crank is positioned to the rear it will hit your knee and irritate you to no end

Re: Door Handle(s) orientation
The picture below shows what I recall being the orientation when my truck was new. Obviously, I've removed them probably a dozen times over the years, but I've always been pretty anal about the positioning. That said, I'd guess the factory orientation of the window cranks varied a few degrees from truck to truck. The door handles were always as horizontal as possible.
