how to protect a hard to reach weld ?
I had to make a stitch weld in a trunk area of a car and cleaned it best I can with a dremel grinder but was wondering how to protect it from rust. Can,t really get in to clean it well. Wash it well with alcohol , rust reformer and epoxy or ?

Can you get to it to get some epoxy primer on it? Or POR15 if it doesn't matter about color. You can brush on the POR15.

I can get to it but I can,t get to it very good to clean up the weld and was wondering if the epoxy would stop any surface rust that might be there,if there is some is not much, that,s why I thought to use rust reform and then epoxy

Epoxy will adhere fine, sand/prep it as best you can and jab a brush in there if it can't be reached with the gun.

thanks, wasn,t sure to to use some rust reform stuff and then epoxy. I hate doing all this work and seeing it bleed thru.

Re: how to protect a hard to reach weld ?
In the collision shop I worked at we undercoated the back side of any weld on any panel. If it couldn't be reached with the undercoating can, we used 3M cavity wax with the long wands. You can get them down into about any spot on a car.
