Would a truck look good as a short bed on 22" rims? I think 20's look good, but maybe 22" rims are a little too big for a short bed. I have a long bed, and I'm considering cutting the frame to a swb, but am also contimplating keeping it a lwb and baggin it out. I don't want it to lay frame, I just want it to have about the same range of motion as NSANE!!! Could someone photoshop a pic for me? It's the truck with 22's. Could someone make it a photoshop and remove the side trim? Thanks in advance.

Personally, i think 22's would be too much wheel for a SWB, The LWB looks plain sexy, but i can't see a shorty looking good with rims like those, Also, If your gonna bag your truck and go "all out" You'd better get exactly what you want, and if that means shortening it GO FOR IT.

This one's a SWB that looks good to me. I don't know what size the wheels are thought. Look like 20's or 22's? Anyone know?

Racing 29. Um, no those are definately 22's. Just think about how tall the bed panels are on your truck, and realize that this takes almost all the space if you can imagine where it goes. The gold truck and the blue one are both 22's. Sorry. I don't mean to make sound like an @ss.

personally i think wheel sizes have gotten out of hand. i like the looks of up to 18 inches myself,anything over kinda looks wierd on the old trucks. plus the larger wheels on the trucks make them look like tonka trucks,unless they are slammed to the ground.
but i would have to say that a long bed in the weeds looks better than a shorty in the weeds. dont get me wrong,i love short beds. just my .02

Thanks for the opinions guys. I do like original wheels too. But I would like to show what I can do. One day I want to open my own customizing shop. So I want to showcase my talents. But I guess to clarify, would it look better to have 22" rims on a LWB or a SWB that isn't sittin on the rocker? thanks again guys.

I agree on not liking the big rims...esp with the if they are not slamed comment.
That blue one just looks funny with a nose bleed up in the air stance and rubber band tires.

I think Im keepin my 15" wheels, i love those "cushy" sidewalls! I think 18s look nice on a slammed truck, but those 22s are ........well I wont say what i think:p The roads in illinois are pretty rough, & with that short sidewall the truck would be doin a dance......crazyL

Thats my thoughts too Crazy,put them 20'' on a truck and hit a W VA chughole that be worse than a Ford on Firestones!!!!!!!! LOL!!

I just can't get into the big wheel look.I have aset of American 200's "daisy" wheels that where dealer installed on a'72 cheyenne.After the owner passed away his brother put stock ralleys on and sold the truck.I bought the wheels for $50.

I gotta say i'm with crank on this one, if I didnt have so much invested in my 10X15 billet centerlines I would be rollin on dubs lol!I have 20's on my new Dodge truck and I love them

I even like the 20's on completely stock trucks with a drop but I am predjudiced, mine is dropped 3/4.
