gas door and filler for rear mount fuel tank

I have a 72 3/4 ton pickup that I want to mount rear fuel tank. I have purchased the tank with side fill option. Is there any kits or what is best way to mount the fuel door/filler assembly and connection to tank
Hoping someone could point me in right direction for this This is going on a 4wd chassis
Thanks
Steve
