Need help on ID and Value

thats looks to be a 31 chevrolet sedan, the 30 31 and 32 were all pretty different so I am pretty sure its a 31.

Why Chevy, caps and front end looks like Plymouth as I look at the 31 and 32 4 door sedans.

you are probably right, haha, the reason "why chevy" is probably because this is exclusively a chevrolet forum and I figured it would at least be a chevy. good luck! you already know more than I do.
