Need help on ID and Value
All, buddy of mine found this in a garage and asked if I want to buy it?

thats looks to be a 31 chevrolet sedan, the 30 31 and 32 were all pretty different so I am pretty sure its a 31.

Why Chevy, caps and front end looks like Plymouth as I look at the 31 and 32 4 door sedans.
