Turbo 400 Case
So I am thinking of tackling a new challenge. Rebuilding this beast! Its a short shaft truck transmission and have a question on it.
Does it appear to overheated at some point? The Center of if has a lot of what looks to be heat cracking. Or is this normal over the course of the casting process? |

My TH350 case looks exactly the same and it's been rebuilt once already. It's just the way they were cast. The last 3 TH350's I have rebuilt have had the same spider webbing. No weakness at all.
