What's the correct width of a 55.2 rearend

I currently have a narrowed 9" but I can see that will cause a problem with the choice of wheels I want to use. Using some stock camaro wheels it appears that I'll need to put a big tub in the bed.

I was thinking of getting another 9" or a 12 bolt but I want to know the best width to get, from flange to flange if possible.

Or should I have some rims made?
