Re: Towing / Hauling thread.

no idea what all this pallet racking weighed, but it felt heavier than the pieces of equipment for some reason. there's also a 4ft high stack of 4x4 plywood in this load also.

free mulch grindings from local county compost lot . they even load them for you .

Re: Towing / Hauling thread.

A little late night rescue a month or so ago. Timing gear went out/sheared the teeth on this regularly driven Model-A. It's owner is a 24yr old young man who knows them front to back & isn't scared to modify them so they can be driven.

But, in the end, it was maneuvering this load & the dually in the shop parking lot that killed my 7k mile rag-joint. Thankfully we were already 'home' so we were able to just band-aid it to get it parked so I could repair it later.

wellllllll there is a secret to that

timbren bump stops on 3/4 ton springs so it rides better than a k30 but has more weight hauling capacity over just the std k30 springs .

if i wanted i have a set of 4,400 lb HD springs i could install but then my ride would go to crap .
