I'm not familiar with those hinges. Can you post some pictures of them? Thanks,

I'm sure they will work, however I can't guarantee the exact hole placement with switches top hinge. So you might have to drill your own holes to match up with them. Let me know.

Also, what are you doing for rear tubz?

Re: Bolt on hood brackets for Porterbuilt hood hinges.

Is it possible to get a set without the holes drilled for the top hinge?

I'm going to be modifying the stock rear tubs. I only had to raise the bed 6" to clear my chassis.

Re: Bolt on hood brackets for Porterbuilt hood hinges.

I love those hinges, and because i am also lowering my suburban i would need to relocate my hinges.
The problem is that i am from the netherlands and the hinges are not available in my country. And if they could be shipped, it would cost a fortune by the time they arrive here.

This is why i want to attempt to make these my self.
Off course i would love a set af drawing, but i understand that i cant ask for that.

With a little try and error i think i can make my own.
Only problem are the struts. it is not easy to find the right ones.
And they are to expansive to try a bunch.

Would you mind sharing the details on the gas struts?
I would really appreciate it.

I no longer have the truck that has the PB hinge setup, but I think you can find the strut part number on the PB website. Let me know if you can't.

I know this is an old thread, but are these still available? Do they work with the current gen PB hinges?
