Something is on my mind,about this weekend
Something is on my mind,about this weekend.Called my birthday on Sunday and say goodbye to my 30s.Will be 40 and my mom has an over the hill related party planned for me.My mom is amazed I made it this far and I know my bio dad will be looking down saying happy birthday.He passed away in 1993 shot and killed in the line of duty,one thing he said was I hope to see me turn 40 one day before he passed.I will get used to it turning 40 on Sunday.Plus I know my boyfriend/co worker Gus has something in mind on my birthday too,said it is a surprise I will have to wait for.

Mom gave me my early birthday present already,had our time together this morning.Paid for my hair to get done,had to remind the hairstylist I will be 40 tomorrow.Said welcome to the club and she gave me advice called live with it.Let mom pick it out,picked out this one out which I love, http://www.long-hairstyless.com/wp-c...-for-Women.jpg

It went well with the birthday party.Had a fun time,tons of cards.Step dad got me a vintage Coca Cola vending machine to add to my Coca Cola collection.It even works,had it restored before I received it.Tons of cards with some that had gift cards in them.Could not find my boyfriend Gus around at first,played the song mentioned and got on one knee finally asking me to marry him.Told him yes and he slipped the ring on.I will never forget this at all.

Gus will always treat me right and will have a better life with him.Things are going good for now.Next is planning out the wedding which will be next year.
