New from Central Texas

I don’t have a truck yet, but I Looked at a partial restored 67 Chev C10, 327,4 speed. Deal is the restore stopped after paint. New wiring harness has not been connected period. Body straight, no rust anywhere, if there is bondo, I could not find. Doors and all gaps good. Paint is a 2, done right, all panels remove for paint, I reviewed pics. Rear end 12 bolt looks good. Frame straight and painted. All interior and exterior trim is in boxes. Question 1. How difficult to do electrical? 2. Stupid question, but if body, frame, paint is all a 2, engine, trans are unknown, although they look good externally, and owner states that restorer stated engine was running.... what would be a general price to pay, I know it’s what the buyer wants to pay, I was thinking 10k am I thinking to high? Any ideas would help. I currently have a 65 Mustang Convert that I did all interior restore and all suspension restore to include brakes. I have some limited skills, but I am terrified with electrical?? And that’s where truck deal would start with. Any advise would be appreciated.
