how would you go about

I want to put some 6x9's in my door. And I was wondering how i would go about cutting out the door pannel to fit them in, It is metal and no cover, if you would like pics just ask.

You can just cut the door, there's no issue there, but why 6x9's? 6.5's or 5.25's sound alot better.

alright just wondering if there wold be some kind of problem or certain to go about doing this. But iam not to sure why 6x9's haha iam probally going to be putting in at least one 12" sub in it though, what would you suggest to be the best for sound quality,loudness and bass?

Sound quality and SPL usually don't go hand in hand. Generally a parts selection will favor one of the two.

Since you'll have the bass you want from the 12" sub, the 6x9 is just the wrong choice. A Pair of Boston Acoustic 6.5" coaxials will probably give you what you are looking for in a speaker.
