HELP! Where do I find this door handle clip?

I need one of these for my '68. I called LMC, and they claim they do not carry. I seriously doubt any local parts house would have it. I'm tired of opening my drivers door from the outside.

They are in all of the parts catalogs. Heck - one of the guys here on the forum will probably send you a couple. If I had any left over I would. Keep in mind that there are lefts and rights of these...

At your local parts store. It is also used to attach the linkage to a carburetor. Should be easy to find. Don't waste your time going to a dealership.

Re: HELP! Where do I find this door handle clip?

Sadly the person you spoke with at LMC was too lazy to do a one minute search...

LMC stock these under the 73-87 parts manual...same thing as 67-72 but the 67-72 manual doesnt list them...

31-1603 CLIP-METAL $1.95

30-0772 CLIP-ROD-METAL $1.45

Thanks but, I sure wish you would have sent a link. Their website is very particular about what characters you use in search

Re: HELP! Where do I find this door handle clip?

88% positive this will work so...Go to a lawnmower shop and ask for Snapper part number 7010937. It may work. I have them in my garage under that part number.
