Discovered this under the spray can grey paint job. I think it's super cool.

I emailed the company, apparently it was named squeaky.

Not sure, but it has all the welded in supports for carrying glass racks. It's squeaky now because someone put in a new clutch and the throw out bearing likes to squeak.

I'll try and wake up an old thread here. I'm a great fan of patina cars and trucks, so why not continue on the theme?
A few posts above I had just received my C30 (low down on page two, actually) . I noticed some text under the flat gray paint, and wet sanded the gray off the entire cab. A few days of sanding, and some flat clear made it look a whole lot better. Blasted and painted wheels with brand new rubber made it look more taken care of too. The truck lost its big steel bed, and will get a new, smaller wooden flatbead later.
The project got put on ice for a couple years, but it's well under way again, and I plan to drive it next summer.
