I never started really using my IG account until photobucket killed the links all of my forum pics. It was easier to add my old pics and new pics to IG than to find a new photo hosting site then locate and update all of the dead links to pictures Iíd posted.

What do y'all think about l83 5.3 ls swap? If found those with 10-15k miles for less than it would cost me to rebuild older ls but everyone's telling me to stay away for aluminum blocks

L83 is whatís in the 2014 up trucks. I havenít heard of any issue with those. I donít know whatís wrong with an aluminum block unless itís real high mileage, worn out, or youíre wanting to bore it and put a lot of boost to it. I think youíll be happy with the l83. Get the harness and ecm, too. I donít know what your transmission options/limitations are with the new motors. You may want to research that.

I'll have to figure out power steering pump those use electric but all the older engines I've found need rebuilt only motor work I'd do Is cam maybe port and polish heads nothing crazy I just read you can gain 100hp doing that
