94 c1500 build.

Okay here it is. I just removed the V6 4.3 out of my 94 Chevy pickup installed a 1995 454 with a 4l80 transmission. Among other problems the first thing that I've encountered is the driveshaft is there a one piece driveshaft that will bolt up to my 4l80 transmission and run back to my rear end. The 454 came out of a 1995 dually so I have the two piece driveshaft Center support bearing and everything.

Re: 94 c1500 build.

the only half ton C1500 with 4l80E was the SS454 so intercange is limited to that if your truck is the same wheelbase as the SS454. If so maybe O Riellys or ?????? parts house can get a rebuilt or replacement for that SS 454 shaft.
I would do some measuring from trans tail to rear pinion saddle and take my OE shaft plus the 3/4 ton stuff to driveshaft(machine) shop and see if they can make a 4l80E yoke to your rear end yoke custom piece.
