Help!?!?! Window gap

Got the topper on my 71 Jimmy. The drivers window is not meeting the topper seal so there's a gap. What am I doing wrong???

Topper as in soft top?..I adjusted the top of my door yesterday, hard top,...Moved top hinge in .about 1/8" .wind noise and water leaking in...other possibilities .might be bent?...Top seals on hard top...Suck.
