big block into a '72 blazer ?? help

Ok I am now thoroughly frustrated and am asking anyone for a little help.
I am putting a big block 402 into my '72 k5, I have it in the hole and bolted in.
I am past the problems with firewall clearance and frame clearance with the headers and now I am trying to get my alternator and power steering pump installed.
I am finding a problem with the alternator clearing the valve cover and lining up with the pulley and then there is the power steering pump with remote reservoir.
that also doesn't appear to want to fit and line up... there just doesn't seem to be enough room between the frame rail and the pump....grrrr
does anyone know somebody who has put a big block into a k5 blazer and if so how did you get the accessories to fit.

thanks for any help.

I would like to see a pic of your powersteering set up
I do see that you don't have the remote reservoir for pump...and your alternator is on the pass. side
where did you get the bracket for your alternator ?

i have a long pump so the alt. is on the rh side.i think all the trucks of this era had short pumps so there should be some good pics out there on the truck side.the ps set up is different for long pumps also.

the short hose from the water pump to the intake is available at your parts house...with a short pump its even a tighter bend.

The long pump moves stuff towards the front of the rig as to getting more clearance with this set up I don't know about that...
