Installed vent windows and side glass. Photos.

installed the vent windows and side glass today. All new seals run channel. Lined door's with sound deadener. They sound soooo nice when you close them. No Rattle's just thud.

I had mine done last week with sound deadener inside also.

Thanks Sam. They sound like new truck door's. Can't wait to drive it with all new weather seal's and the cab filled with sound deadener

What type of sound dentener are you using? Specific brand of thickness? I'm getting ready to strip my doors down for paint. Did the fenders and hood last week.
I also bought all new seals and rivits with set tool for wing windows. Was that a rough project?

Mark. I don't rember the brand of sound deadener. It was twelve inches wide by twenty five feet long. .062 thick. I bought it about three years ago. Has a foil back very sticky rubber. Coated as much of the cab as I could reach. Also inside of the door's road side and cab side. Also covered the face of the gas tank. Had product left over. The vent window's were not that bad. Cleaned everything very well. Used precision rubber seal's. They fit and worked good when finished.

I was recommended to use Dynamat for the inside of my doors.
Dynamat is a little more expensive than other sound deadening/insulation brands.
I was told that Dynamat will adhere better in the long run for the verticle application inside the doors.
Water can still get inside by the weather or washing the truck.
It's just a personal preference of what you use.
I may go with a less expensive product for the inside of my Cab
Like Terry said, when you close your doors you notice the difference!
